Default FS: MSM diff and cut BP valve cover

Got this diff off a fellow MT user (spd579) and decided I would like the lesser quality obx unit. You get the torsen unit only for $200 or would trade for an OBX helical with the bolt and shim kit.

Also selling my old valve cover. Exposed the gears, cuts could use some dremel work to clean up. Valve cover was also degreased up some but it is still a little dirty and can be had with an blue anodized oil cap. $35

All NB axles are the same (abs vs non-abs aside) except for MSM axles.

Are my prices too high or is the MSM diff that undesirable?

The MSM diff is very desirable, but completely useless without the axles that go with it.

I would take everything except for the actual diff... aka R/P + pinion housing... if you are willinlg to part it.

To verify, and maybe someone else can answer if you do not know. Will I be able to use your Ring and Pinion with my 88 RX7 differential and bolt it all to your pinion housing and install on my 97' Miata?

If yes then let me know what you want for that stuff and I can PP.

if you are just swapping the lsd then yes it will work but you will need a cover for the back of the diff. and i believe you need to use different c clips to retain the halfshafts as well. Why are you bothering though its just a 4.1 the same as you have in your 97 currently.

I currently have no differential at all since I had a kaaz which I sold. I have the RX7 cover for the back of the differential which works, I just need Miata diff mounts. As for c-clips the FAQ says I need RX7 ones, but brain said I don't, so I'm going to try without and see what happens.

Just want to make sure you know it is only the front part, ie there are no tabs for mounting it to the subframe.

^I would be using the Aluminum housing from the RX7 differential.
