Crap. Just after I finally convinced myself to go with the new Zoom 3 this pops up. Actually, I saw your post the other day and have waffled. So, to the powers that be, which would you go for - the new Zoom 3 or this?

I have mild, low boost aspirations, and I want a super reliable DD as I drive 4K a month.

How tough are they to tune? The site says they auto tune but I'd assume there is some manual tuning involved.

Do they idle well with 440's or 550's?

Do they accept a WB O2 input?

Default zoom 3 limited

Begi's web site & Stephanie indicate the Zoom 3 when available will only be for lower boost applications and will only work with stock injectors.

It will control ignition & fueling and as she put's it "only low cost ignition & fuel controller on the market".

Xede can handle of course larger injectors etc. It's a matter of what your goals are... my goal is I always want more... more of everything

I hope your friend likes it. I will send you a copy of the email I received from the prior owner including all his maps and stuff. I test drove this Xede in a 99 10AE with a 2554 and it was a fast car at 8psi. Probably faster than my 2860 with the stupid FM/LINK Piggy it had back them.

Enjoy!
