Is this just a stock ls mani or what. It looks to be a stock 94-2000 mani from the pics I may be wrong. though. Also is it B or D series?

Close enough lol. Thats a 1.6 flange btw. I've read that 1.8s are better matched.

Yeah I think if you cut right at the flange it will be a damn near perfect fit.
