Default Testing Waters: Innovate Stand Alone Wideband Kit

Right now I'm running a Innovate LC-1 & XD-16 stand alone wideband kit, but I'm considering selling it as a new ECU I'm looking at requires a different wideband kit.

Would anyone be interested in purchasing my used kit? Less than 3k miles on everything, and includes everything (box, manuals, software, controller, gauge, sensor, wiring harness, serial cable, etc) except for the bung (which are what, $5). Prefer to sell together, but will seperate the gauge from the controller if there are buyers for both. Offers welcomed.

They hydra ECU itself has a wideband controller built in and also uses a different type of sensor.

Not loving the EMU Ben?

I'd buy the LC-1 from you, but not the gauge. Wouldn't you love to keep the LC-1 local?

How much would you want for the gauge?

Actually, I really do like the EMU, a whole lot. It does a pretty good job, 99% of the time. Only thing I can knock it for is the car idles a little rich from time to time. Idle is still smooth, I don't have any complaint with idle quality, but the wb does show it to be rich sometimes. I attribute that to the 550 cc injectors because closed loop cruise is regulated well. Probably would regulate idle a bit better with some 460s. Open loop (boosted) acceleration is regulated very well. The timing map is awesome too. Oh, and after a couple of minor tweaks to Joe's airflow output map, running without the AFM was achieved. My car overall runs stronger and smoother than before. And the datalogging is the ****.

My disappointment is that I beat it too quickly. Not a bad thing I suppose, but I honestly I got it set up in only a few hours. Plus I've now that I've actually experienced the capability of a piggy, I'm thinking I'll be amazed with a stand alone.

Yeah, I *want* the Hydra. Just don't want to have to pay for it. Closed loop in boost is the ****.

If I could get $300 for the whole thing, I think it would be a good deal all around....

You may be right about the 550s causing a rich idle. With my 460s I was at 19.9-15.2 AFR at idle. I got the car emmisions tested 2 days before I shipped it out to you and the car passed with flying colors. I registered 4 PPM on HC with a max allowable of 220 and 0% CO with a max allawable of 1.2%. All this on a car (and engine) with 229K miles on it.
