Doesn't the Shanghai system use chinese journal bearing t25/28 turbos, whereas the 2554 is a ball bearing turbo and comes in the Begi-S system rather than the Shanghai?

I really dont care about the bearing. Ball bearing sounds better to me.
I was more worried about the fitment to the plumbing I already have.

Its been nearly 3 months since I ordered my kit, got tired of waiting for the backordered turbo.

Money Sent.

On the begi systems... sure. I just popped into google and went on begi's website. Regardless, the 2554 is a direct fit.

2554 money received. Only the 2560 remains.

Yes to moss, yes to link, ill have to check on ignitor, no on torsen unless the couple people asking about it back out and I have no other way to get rid of it. There is dramatically less value for the other parts than it as an assembly.

As I posted before, it's off the 97, the obiwan, and I even posted the link to FM's website detailing everything about it.

Sorry for all of the ECU questions, but to clarify, does the ECU come with the air temp sensor, MAP sensor, and boost control solenoid? I ask because it appears FM doesnt sell the link outside of a turbo kit.

thanks!

Hi,
I read through both posts and saw only one request for the "turn signal induction kits" but could not tell if the poster purchased them. I believe based on the pictures both cars may have had the kit unless you swapped them over and the pictures are at different times.

Is the turn signal induction kit still available? (I recently damaged my front end and am looking to replace front turn signals; if these are sold or too much for my budget I will likely buy replacement stock turn signals off ebay).

If so, how much would you like to charge for it shipped to Irvine, CA (92612 or 92602), (I also can receive at a business in Monrovia but would prefer paying the extra cost to have it shipped home since they are small enough).

Thanks
Jp

I have 2 pairs of TSI's, one with round signals, the other slightly curved, kinda nike swoosh shaped. 80 per pair. both still available.

cluster bezel is in good shape on 97. $40

As for the link: all answers = yes
