Default TSE 11.75" (gen1) upgrade kit (full kit?) with spare rotors and ducts. Now with pics!

PICS ADDED BELOW!

I'm taking this out of Mobius's thread because there hasn't been much interest. I'm also separating the 2nd set of rotors since $600+ for an upgrade kit is a little steep.

What's included, copied and modified from TSE site:

Includes the following ($425):

-Trackspeed Gen1 11.75" caliper brackets
-Trackspeed Gen1 11.75" rotor hats
-Two Wilwood 11.75" rotor rings
-Brake rotor hardware, pre-drilled for safety wire
-Caliper bracket hardware

The hats are used, rotors are brand new. They're straight vanes and safety wired. That package is $350 shipped.

Also included is TSE's 2" brake ducts. They're a little dirty and have some rub marks from the tie rod end, but in otherwise great condition. $75 shipped.

And a 2nd set of rotors: TSE hats, safety wired to barely used rotors. They have 1 autocross and 1.5 track days on them, so barely bedded in. Total you'd spend $362+shipping to get these safety wired and shipped from TSE, I'm hoping to get $300 shipped for these.

FYI the used rotors have much less than 1.5 track days on them. They saw a few parade laps at PIR in the rain and then less than one full session at ORP, along with ~1000 street miles, and the autocross.

I'm going out to the garage right now to clean up some parts and take some pictures of the parts now. Also, Richard is considering selling the calipers and lines as well, which would make this a complete, bolt on, 11.75" kit. Any more biters if we do this?

Pics! Like I said, dirty but usable.

The above brackets and ducts were cleaned, the rotors below were not, because I didn't want to cause any more surface rust:

New (top) vs. used (bottom). Very little wear.

In fact, new they're just under .813"

And the used ones are just under .802", or .011" wear.

I should note, that the 3mm and 5mm spacers are included. They're aluminum, slightly dirty, circular, with a few other circular holes cut into them. Surprisingly, two are 3mm thick, and 2]two are 5mm. Weird. No pics.

Add another $300 to the upgrade kit for the calipers and lines. Same items are going to be around $350+shipping new from TSE.

I know there's a lot of options with these brakes, but someone has to be interested...

Again for those of you just joining us, I have (new prices shown):

x2 used hats with brand new straight vaned, safety wired, 11.75" rotors ($424 (upgrade kit))
x2 used hats with used straight vaned, safety wired, 11.75" rotors ($362)
x2 wilwood calipers ($258)
x2 TSE 11.75" caliper brackets (part of upgrade kit)
x2 TSE wilood SS brake lines (part of upgrade kit)
x2 TSE 2" brake ducts ($99)
x2 SS rear brake lines ($65)
x2 sport rear calipers and mounts (~$150?)

I am awaiting a response from Mobius to find out what pads are in the calipers, but I'm hoping to include those as well. The package in it's entirety would be hugely expensive, but then again (estimating for sport rear setup), this package would cost you around $1360, plus a butt load of shipping. Let me know which pieces you'd like and I'll come up with a reasonable price with shipping.

Bumping this.

The entire front BBK is pending sale to a local, the ducts are sold, but the spare set of front rotors and rear sport brake setup with SS lines is for sale.

Spare front rotors with barely used, safety wired rotors: $250+shipping - normally these are $360+shipping from TSE.

Sport rear brakes: brackets, calipers, SS lines, pad hardware. No pads, rotors can be included for the right price, but it's probably easier to just buy new ones your self for ~$60. $175+shipping.

I've sent this quote to a few people, with no replies, so I'll post it here for everyone to see.

New, everything related to the front is $649 ($599 kit[rotors, brackets, calipers, lines] + safety wire) from TSE. The rear sport setup typically goes for $150 on the used market.

I could throw it all together for $625 shipped to the west coast, or $650 shipped to the east coast. I'll have to double check with UPS, but I can also include a half liter bottle of Motul RBF600 brake fluid, normally $20:

Motul RBF600 Brake Fluid

That's basically $25 off TSE's new price, with free shipping, and free sport calipers/brackets/lines. Buy pads and you'll have a killer track brake setup.

If I get my cobalts quickly enough, the DTC-60s for the wilwoods will be available too, for an extra $50.

Still have the upgrade kit? I have 11" at all 4 corners and really need to step up the fronts to bring the mechanical braking force to a better distribution (abs car).
