Yes and no. They are direct fit, but swapping them in requires a dial indicator with magnetic base and a 7-8 inch micrometer. It CAN be done without these tools but I highly advise against it.
I'll PM you a quote.
For all interested, I can swap these in for you if you're local or you are willing to ship your diff (without carrier) to and from me at your cost.

Clarification:
They are a direct fit for the 4.30 R&Ps that shipped in some of the '99 and later cars.
They will NOT interchange with the 4.30 gears that came in all '90-'93 cars; that differential is completely different (no pun intended), and can be interchanged with the '94+ parts only as a complete assembly including carrier, axles and propshaft.

The ring gear is a different diameter, the pinion gear is therefore also a different length.
In general, there is zero interchangeability between individual components in the '90-'93 vs. '94-'05 drivetrains aft of the transmission. Different propshafts, different differentials, different R&P gears, different housing & carriers, different axles. It's not until you get out to the hubs that parts start becoming interchangeable again.
You can swap the *entire* propulsion train (propshaft, diff, carrier and axles) from a '94+ into a '90-'93, but the individual components are not at all interchangeable.
