Default Absurdflow VBand 3071R Tial

Well, some things never change...once again, change of direction. Decided to not be so selfish with my own hobies and get my son into karting a little more seriously.

So...all brand new (in box), never installed.

Absurdflow Manifold and 3" Down Pipe full v-band ( ABSURDflow.com )
GT3071R with Tial compressor housing and tial turbine housing, a/r is .63.
38mm Tial 14lb spring

Will not work with A/C or power steering but who needs that anyway. Do it once, and do it right!

$2100 + shipping obo ($2900 new)

Yes, it is sexy...if it weren't worth so much I would mount it on my wall as a work of art.

I'm tempted to buy it back and hang it on the wall in the nursery next to the last setup on my car. But I can't part with any money this time of the year. Money is always tight from thanksgiving to when we get our tax return.

GLWS!

This was initially Steven Frist's (turbospeed). I didn't know he sold it. I like to keep my spreadsheet updated

EDIT: AHH ok I found that thread. Anyway...bump?

Yeah, I really want to put it in my other car...but, all things considered I can't justify it. I just sold my sons kid kart because he outgrew it. He seemed to be pretty upset about it so I told him we would look for a Cadet kart. The only way I can likely guarantee that I will get him and his Cadet kart to the track is if I have a Kart too! Yes, I'm still somewhat selfish but for the right reasons. What better excuse than father son bonding right?

You two could bond over installing a baller turbo setup and then tuning it together.

my dad helped install the turbo; he sat there while I cursed and pissed.

He still reaps the benefits of all my manhours.

Damn. Wish I had the money for this. But other things are priority on my auto first. Bump, GLWS, amazing beautiful stuff.
