Default Rotella T6 (5W-40) at NAPA: $20 per gallon

Not quite as good a deal as the 2.5 Gallon jug at Walmart, but perhaps a bit more convenient in 1 gal containers:

The $5 rebate should work with this. No mail in requirement. Just upload receipt and type in info. I did 3 rebates buying through amazon and received each check in about a month.

Interesting. When I plugged my zip it only showed O'Riley and Autozone as eligible, but no NAPA or Walmart.

On a second note - there is so much conflicting information about T6 for Miatas. Some say it's best thing ever, others say it may make car smoke or kill catalytic converter...

Mildly degrades catalytic converter performance by 80,000 miles at the ZDDP levels within it. Bobistheoilguy.com

I just had my 96 Miata, emissions tested in Sept 13, after 45K+ miles of Rotella 6. The car has 93K miles and I bought it with 46K miles 7 years ago. Car passed with flying colors, in fact it was about a third of the minimum to pass. I'll make sure to post the actual numbers sometime tomorrow.
