DRIVETRAIN PART-OUT! BP6D / Square top / Monsterflow / Koyo / Mazdaspeed / Auto Exe
Parting out the drivetrain from my daily driver.
All parts are in excellent condition with very low miles.
Located in Southern California. Willing to ship most items. DM with questions.
JDM '03 BP6D long block - $2500 (valve cover to oil pan)
10.5:1 Compression ratio.
200+ psi across the board.
One of the cleanest motors I've ever imported.
Only run on Motul 5w40 300v.
Under 30k. kilometers.
Still in car and test drive-able.
New:
Gates Racing timing belt
Mazda idler/tensioner pulleys
Gates water pump kit
Thermostat and gasket
Valve cover gasket
Camshaft seals
Front/Rear main seal
Water neck o-ring
NGK Iridium plugs
Monsterflow carbon fiber cold air intake - $450
Discontinued and rare.

Distinct and sporty note at WOT. The carbon resonates well and makes for a tastefully enhanced driving experience.
~ 6-9 whp gain over stock intake setup.
Square top intake manifold - SOLD
In great shape, no damage or blemishes.
2001+ injectors flow tested and cleaned by RC Engineering - $150
only run with Chevron 91, less than 10k miles.
BP5A Japanese spec ECU - $175
7500 rpm redline, no CEL, advanced timing map makes more power than U.S ECU. Plug and play for 99-00 cars.
BP6D Exhaust manifold - $400
4-2-1 runners with heat shield and OEM look. Power gains comparable to Racing Beat 4-1.
AASCO flywheel w/ Clutchnet 200mm (1.6l) clutch $450
7.7 lb. AASCO Aluminum flywheel (U.S. serviceable heatshield is $60, made by Tilton manufacturer.)
Clutchnet unsprung organic clutch disc with high torque compound, 300 ft lbs. capacity.
Clutchnet heat treated pressure plate with revised pivot points for lightweight pedal and better engagement.
NB2 5 speed transmission with shifter and Mazdaspeed aluminum shift bushing -$450
Less than 40k mi.
Run with Motul Gear 300 75w90 only.
Mazdaspeed driveshaft $175
Stronger than standard 1.8 DS.

Installed under 500 mi. ago when upgrading front subframe. Essentially new.
Auto EXE 2001+ 10mm Kevlar reinforced spark plug wires. - $150 ($260 new!)
2001+ ignition coils - $125 for set.
