if i do ship will u be willing to pay for shipping. Also, shipping might be more than the seat is worth.

yeah i'd pay for shipping, but i'd like to know how much it would be.. it's not a rush, so whatever's cheapest but trackable.. maybe you could even disassemble the top & bottom halves to make it easier to ship..

i'm basically looking for a spare seat so i can do a foamectomy, install some memory foam, and recover with faux suede.

Alright, ill see what i can do. Ill try to find a box big enough to ship the seat in halves.

PS your project sounds like a really cool one, so ill try to help you out

thanks! I don't mind the stock seat too much but i'd like it to have a nicer look. Mine's a 91 and the seats are actualy in very good condition which is why i dont want to mess w/them.

Hopefully by cutting out some foam and replacing it with denser but thinner memory foam i'll sit a little lower too.. I'm not tall (5'7) but i still feel a little high in the car sometimes at my desired seating position.

ya the stock seat is great for daily driving and long trips but i just drive too fast and when i am drifting i slide all over the stock seat. And i focus more on staying in the seat rather than on keeping the car sideways. SO i had to upgrade to a sparco seat and man-o-man do i love my sparco bucket seat!!!

I am 5'6'' and i sit nice and low in the car. so thats something u might want to look into? but then again 300 is a lot to spend on a damn seat LOL So i got a used one for 70 LOL.

Also if you can weld, you should look at cutting or reducing the height of the stock seat brackets. Just a thought. I am an engineering major so i love problem solving!

GOOD LUCK!!!!
