2.5" and I dont know. (but doesnt look like it) But its cheaper then a straight pipe

I doubt it, or swap it out when you go to emissions.

I dont know if they have a difference. i think its the same high flow cat.

Nope.

Sure, but the manifold and downpipe are 1600 with a free turbo.
