I bought this used in mid 2013 and installed on my car. Worked fine and I pulled the engine to do some maintenance this spring. The sensor was fine when I shut the car off (had calibrated it this spring). Comes with a 2 hole DIN panel from IL Motorsports

I went to an AEM unit.

FULL DISCLOSURE... The previous owner looks to have used an adjustable wrench to either install/remove the sensor and the flats are minimally buggered up. I used a 6pt wrench and it was fine. Please reference the picture.
