We removed this engine from a car that was turned into a spec car. It has roughly 5 track days on it and 1000 street miles. Compression was within 2% across all four cylinders when pulled.

Specs:
99 Motor (125k miles before build)
Supertech 9:1 84MM pistons
Belfab Rods
ARP Head and Main studs
Seals/water pump/timing belt all new for build.
Clevite Bearings
99 Intake Manifold

I will get some pictures if needed.
