Stupid question I know, but before I commit to a purchase, is this the correct LC-1 Wideband to purchase for my unit? http://www.autopartsdealer.com/innov..._content=rank7

Alright. http://tunertools.com/proddetail.asp?prod=IN-3844 looks to be good then. Best price thus far.

In anticipation of slapping a GT3071 in next week I've been looking at options to get a little more overhead with regards to the MAP sensor.
Is running the MapDaddy a possibility with these ECUs?
http://www.diyautotune.com/catalog/m...ion-p-117.html
And as a related question, how do I increase the max pressure on the VE table? I seem to recall its as simple as right clicking on the table border and adding a row, but I'm drawing a blank at the moment.

Adding a map daddy is really easy.
To increase the max pressure, all you need to do is double clicking on the top "fuel load" label cell (ie the one that reads 250kPa) and change it to the max pressure you want. Rescale the ones below it as you see fit.

I am sort of clueless...my DB gauge is constantly 1pt leaner than TS...
here's what I did initially:
Gauge black and yellow, as well as LED/Pushbutton, all 4 of these ground are attached to a single point on the White wire from LC-1 to DB15 white. Result was a lot of noise in TS, AFR keeps bouncing. At this point the gauge reading and TS is off by about .5 to .8.
Then I did:
Separate gauge ground and LED/button ground. Gauge ground remain at the same location on as stated above. LED/button ground is moved about 1 inch from gauge ground, closer to DB15 end. please note that both LED and button are using same solder contact. Result is now it reads 1pt full leaner. But TS shows a very constant AFR, no more fluctuation much.
Since DB15 on This GB's standalone offers everything from 12v to ground...I dont think I need a separate ground right?

Rick start up..... not money wise.
Can someone (Rev,Brain) anybody else that can take a look at my cold start up. I am having this persistent rich idle upon start up. I have attached the log and file. My timing advance seems to have helped a lot with getting the idle to be steady. Knock sensor was too sensitive and retarding my max all the time. Car drives really nice now.
Thanks for the help I truly appreciate it.

I need to change the settings as listed below, but I do't see a way to do so. Could somebody walk me through it? I'm using tunerstudio but have the configurator installed on my laptop from a previous MS install. Within the configurator I don't see a way to browse to the location of the new files.
Software Configuration Changes for MS-II (tested with firmware 2.35)
Before opening MegaTune, open the Megatune Configurator
Expend SETTINGS.INI, then SETTINGS, then MAP_SENSOR and set it to
”MPXH6400A – MPXH6400 – 400 kPa”
Save and exit the Configurator

I finally installed mine, and I'm having some weirdness. Idle and light throttle are ok, but when accelerating at anything that can be considered brisk, the tach needle drops out and the car breaks up.
It was running fine and not exhibiting anything like this with my MSPNP, though I did get the occasional very short stumble after loading Hi-res code on it, which I understand is a known issue and can be fixed by adding a capacitor to the tach input.
All connections to the ecu seem tight, and I can swap the MSPNP back in tomorrow, but at this point, everything points to a problem with this unit, or maybe something in the configuration.
You'll notice when playing back the .msl file that it pauses a few times, always at the same spots. I don't know if this is from the Megasquirt, or my laptop invoking hard drive protection from the G forces.
Any thoughts or comments would be appreciated.

I just got mine and I'm so new at this.
It idles and revs like its running on 3.5 cylinders, like a car with the timing way off.
I gathered a small log and here is the msq.
I'm not even sure where to start.

I ran the calibration, but I'm not sure how my numbers relate to the ones I'm supposed to run. I did idle the car and barely blipped the throttle during that log.
I could add more fuel, I was hoping the msq spec'd for my car would have had me able to drive away, then I could use VE analyze live. I'm quite the noob to MS

You are insanely rich in boost, and the car misfires because it can't ignite a mixture that rich. Remove loads of fuel.
