Default Incredible customer service and support

There's no lack of great things to be said about MSLabs on this forum or anywhere on the internet for that matter but I just wanted to throw in my 2 cents.

I bought a MS3 basic for my 96 miata earlier this year. I was very happy with it and Dimitris answered all my questions when it came to tuning it and learning the software (I came from the world of Hondata, so easy a cave man can tune it).

Well, fast forward to December and I moved up to an 02 Miata. I sent the MS3 back to Dimitris to have it upgraded to 01-05 PNP. Once he received it he informed me that he had forgot that it wasn't possible to upgrade mine to be PNP with an 01-05. Instead of saying sorry and sending it back to me, which would have been completely understandable, he offered to keep mine and send me a 01-05 version for free. Also, this version was newer and more compact than my old one. I was completely blown away by this offer.

I've been working on cars for 15 years now and dealing with automotive internet businesses for about the same amount of time and I can say without a doubt that MSLabs has some of the best service, if not the best, I've ever come across. I've recommended his services to a couple friends and I would do the same to anyone else reading this. Thanks again Dimitris, I really appreciate all you've done for me.

I confirm and underline everything has been written already.

I bought a second hand MS2 here, from "Stan", then needed it to be up to date and checked... all done by Dimitri for just postal expenses.... and tons of email for helping me solving problems and setting COPs on my car!

And more have to come yet... sorry Dimitris! LOL

I will double down on the love fest. Dimitris has been awesome to deal with, and very patient with all the stupid follow on questions I have fired his way over the last year.

I have only had limited experience with Dimitris, nothing but good things here to say, since I have only purchased the unit and have yet to install and tune but this is certainly good to hear since I hope to get it installed and tuned in the next 2-3 months. Thanks for the feedback and more importantly thanks to Dimitris for being such a pleasure to deal with!
