How far will this Greddy setup go?
Hey Guys
Apologies if this is the wrong section or been asked previously. I bought a MK1 1.6 litre (NA6CE) with the following conversion already done to use for track days and learn about cars -
GReddy TD04h Oil return tapped into sump
GReddy cast manifold with relief cuts
GReddy seperated gasses 2.5" stainless steel downpipe with 2.5" stainless decat-pipe with O2 bung for wideband O2 sensor
2.5" XS-Speed stainless steel single exit exhaust
Flyin' Miata dual feed fuel rail with stainless lines
320cc Supra "yellow top" injectors with resistor pack
GReddy Emanage Blue ECU
O2 clamp (made by olderguy)
2 bar Weber MAP sensor
AEM wideband 02 sensor & guage
Intercooler
SARD R2D2 blow off valve
K&N cone air filter on Racing Beat air filter adapter mount
Magnecor KV85 uprated ignition leads
Silicone and stainless pipework and feeds
Stainless turbo heat shield
The guy had this setup dyno'd at around 175bhp several years ago. Other than running a little rich it has been reliable. Having had the car for over a year I'd like to push this to around 230 at the crank and was wondering if that is feasible, what I would need to do and if any components need upgrading and what too?
I'm aware that the ECU is not ideal as having to use AFM but don't really want to have to change things if not necessary!

I feel like you'll run out of fuel much over 180whp with those injectors. I haven't personally seen many people push piggyback setups into the 200's. I don't think Emanage handles big injectors very well, maybe a rising rate FPR would get you to your goals. Also not sure where the limits of the stock AFM are but that may present an issue as well.

There was something to be said about a simple low-boost turbo kit, you could install in a few hours and make 170rwhp with a few simple bolt ons. There was more to be said that you could run that setup for years without worry or care.
I can't even begin to try to add up all the hours I've sat with the laptop in the passenger seat, striving to get the tune perfect, logging, analyzing, reading guides, experimenting, talking with developers, etc etc.
If you've ever seen the AFR log of the e-manage blue with Olderguy's autotune, you'll see why I wouldn't bother.
