Thinking About an Artech Greddy Replacement
Second time I've pulled off my Greddy manifold and second time I've found it warped and binding on the studs. It also had a slight exhaust leak. Manifold has 30K miles with a fair amount of track time.
So . . . thinking about the Artech replacement. Any long-term users out there? How do they hold up?
If I do this, then the only part of my original Greddy kit I'll be using will be the Mitsu turbo. It still seems to be in great shape.

My greddy was warped with relief cuts. I could barely get it off the studs for the new owner, had to bore out the stud holes so it'd slide on and off.
My Artech side mount log manifold warped pretty badly, ended up doing relief cuts between 1&2 and 3&4 and then getting it milled flat.
It's just something that happens, I'm not sure an artech copy would solve anything.
What are your relief cuts like?

My outer relief cuts (1-2 and 3-4) still seem to have their original spacing. The center relief cut (2-3) has closed up.
If the Artech warps too, then maybe my best option is to just elongate the stud holes and mill the Greddy I have. I'm guessing that it might be at or near the end of its natural movement from heat cycles. I'm taking two engines to the machinist today, wouldn't be a big deal to throw in the manifold for milling.
BTW, since adding the TSE studs, my manifold to turbo seal is perfect and it disassembles with 0 issues after much abuse. God bless those studs.
