I'm removing my GReddy kit, and I got all the nuts off the manifold, removed the downpipe, but can't get the stinkin exhaust manifold off any tips?

The manifold has probably warped and is squeezing the studs. Some people have had luck using a wooden wedge driven between the runners to spread them enough to remove the manifold.

If that doesn't work, try double nutting the studs and removing them if there is enough thread.

Removed the manifold by removing the studs. What a PITA!
