Default oil system

Have you guys ever thought of using a dedicated oil system for the oil. Just going to the turbo, then to an aluminum resevoir. This of course would have an oil pump. Just trying to think of different ways to keep the oil cool. I am new at the turbo thing so, just asking.

You would also have to add another filter. Good idea, but given the extra cost, complexity and weight it's probably better to just tap the pan. Easiest thing to do would be to add a remote oil cooler.
According from what I've read around here, the oil pan does a really good job at cooling the oil as is. You also want to keep the oil in its operating range. Cooling the oil too much is actually harmfull.
