By when it opens. if you are getter turbo flutter it's too tight. If it's not building boost as quick it's too loose. I rev mine from up in the engine bay and set it so it just opens a lil when released. It should leak at idle, by leak i mean it should be sucking air in slightly.

I have one of the springs inside my unit removed, the softer of the two.
I tighten it until I get some flutter when I lift, then loosen it until it blows off clean. Too loose and it chirps loud of ****, when it's just right it should just whoosh and leak ever so slightly at idle.

You won't be making any significant boost just revving in neutral, but you'll get the compressor spun up and have enough air moving that when you release the throttle it will vent slightly if you have it set loosely enough. It won't be terribly loud, but it'll be audible.

ok i thought i might had it set wrong, beccauce when i am at full boost on a long road the boost is going to 0,8 bar and then it goes down to 0,65, maby the greddy turbo is to small then (i dont hawe stable boost at 0,8bar) i thought maby it was a leak somewhere, baby it helps to get a new acuator (wastegate) at the turbo?

Two things about the turbo that comes with the Greddy kit:
1- The wastegate can sucks.
2- (more importantly) If you add an intercooler, you need to relocate the vacuum line that actuates the wastegate can to a location after the intercooler.
Actually, the latter point is pretty much universally applicable. For a given MAP and VE, as RPM increases, the volume of air passing through the intercooler increases. Pressure drop across the intercooler is a function of airflow- the greater the volume of air you're passing through it, the greater the pressure drop across it. So the WG winds up maintaining a constant pressure in the portion of the system before the IC, while pressure after the IC drops as RPM increases.
