I looked at your log and msq and the VE table is garbage; the values are all over the place when they should be smooth and somewhat linear with rpm and map.

Run the VE analyzer yourself (let us know if you don't know how), save it to another msq, then post the data again.

p.s. make the 26 and 35kpa /800 and 1200 rpm "3" (yes, all 4) and it will idle better. Judging from the crazy ARF log, I bet you have the lc-1 grounds hooked up incorrectly. The ECM and lc1 grounds should be on the same chunk of metal, on different bolts.
