Default yellow injector 23250-70040

i have purchased 4 of these injectors on ebay. they state they are for a miata. i want to makes sure these are correct. i read somewhere these are low impedance. is it true? also it says it flows 300cc/min is this true also. they are supposedly from a toyota supra.
thanks
