Default Need some help, vacuum leak somewhere.

So I just finished installing my starion intercooler with custom 2.5 inch piping but the car bogs when driving especially when i turn on the a/c. It runs fine if you ease the gas but if you try to pound it, it will start bogging. What could cause this? I checked the couplers again and they all seem to be tight and snug. Also I have a turboxs bov and it doesnt seem to be working or blowing off. Any suggestions on what I should do???

I think the BOV might not be holding in order to blow off it has to hold back first tighten the BOV

BOV is welded on, but could the spring rate be the problem?? I'm running stock boost and maybe the BOV is made for higher boost??

Spring rate is what i mean make the spring tighter so it wont let anything leak out. your problem is it is set of to low a boost as in none.

do you have a vacuum gauge?

booging sounds like fuel/spark.

+1 Braineack

Sounds like a fuel delivery problem. A vacuum leak would also screw with your idling AFs.
