Default oil trouble

i have a good amount of oil coming through the intake and pooling.
i have read about the PCV and routing of vacuum lines, but still confused.

does anyone have a picture showing the the proper vacuum and pcv lines?

i am running the stock cross over pipe. which lines need to be rerouted/modified?

thanks.

I took a glance through your gallery and I think I see your problem. Your PCV hose is on the crossover tube still, so it is seeing boost. It needs to be relocated to before the turbo to only see vacuum. The "U" shaped pipe needs to be tapped and have a vacuum nipple put in.
Here is the best picture I can come up with at the moment. The hose comes off the valve cover then over to the "U"

Sort of hard to see, but it should give you an idea. I think to keep it routed how you have it you need the 323GTX PCV valve. Or to keep the stock Miata valve you reroute it. I would wait until someone is 100% sure about how to do it, but this is how I understand it. Good luck!

what i have seen is the line on your valve cover right next to you oil cap should route to the air filter, or as said before, before the turbo so it sees vacuum...

i'd say its a good idea to use an oil catch can in between..

ok i now have the valve cover hose(next to oil cap) going to U pipe. i did not know that it had to go there because of previous owner did not include that fitting on the U pipe.

so all i need now is directions on how to connect the PCV hose.

miataspeed1point6< how did you connect your PCV hose?

Your PCV hose should connect to the stock port on the manifold. Make sure you have a working PCV valve by blowing in it. It should blow through one way but not the other.

The stock PCV location and setup is best as long as you have a good PCV valve. If yours is weak get one for a mazda 323 from autozone for like $2.50.

The pre-turbo side of the PCV hose is left over from my JRSC. It is simply stuck on the nipple. I would replace the PCV valve, its easy and cheap.

EDIT: To clarify, your actual PCV valve and hose should stay right where it is.

Be sure to block off the hose you diconnected (x-over pipe)

On the x-over pipe there is a black box hanging on the bottem of it.
Try to get rid off it.
Sometimes the hose pops off during boost, creating a nice hole made by your alternator pulley... Use the remaining hose to cap off the hole.
(you need something round about 1" to cap it)
