460s and stock fuel pressure is enough fuel for 15 psi as long as the EMU has no problem controlling the 460s which it shouldn't.

I ran 15 psi on my T28 FMII for a year with 440s through the stock rail. I did eventually go with the Jim B dual feed rail but don't think it made much difference.

I had the EMU on my '92 with NO AFPR or upgraded fuel pump. I was running about 14-15 psi with 550cc Injectors. The EMU can handle it... I'm not sure though if the 460 are enough? someone else may chime in and confirm them...

460's would probably be good for 225-230whp.

I'd estimate the same. So around the 15psi mark.

The reason he was able to get to 245whp using 1.8 injectors was because he was running more the 2X the fuel pressure! 250whp with 460cc injectors would probably require additional fuel pressure.
