Default A thank you to BEGI and this forum

Thank you to everyone who responded to my posts about my confusion over the BEGI downpipe. Not only did you guys help me out but i believe it will help others too.

Stephanie from BEGI has redone their website to reflect the differences in the greddy dp to the bell dp. But they went above and beyond and made me a new dp at the 2.75 inch diameter that i had originally thought i was ordering.

It is a beautiful dp and i appreciate the excellent customer service that they exhibited for me.

Thanks to this forum for helping with my confusion, and hopefully the new BEGI website will help out other newbs trying to buy parts for their turbo'd miatas

GReddy replacement manifold is still 2.5".

"1.8 Downpipes" are 2.75".

turbotim: they custom made me a 2.75 inch dp, the original was the 2.5 and that was where the problem came from. Stephanie had one made for me that is really a 2.75 from about the divorced wastegate joining point on.

When did you order your downpipe? I've had one on order but it's been about 2 months now.

cyee, i ordered mine about a month and a half ago, it took three weeks to get the first one out, then with the return and new fabrication of dp it was another three weeks. They are a very good company, but keep calling to check on status, or email alot, it seems that they get stuff out a little faster when i kept calling.
