turbo rebuild?

ok well i need my tdo4h rebuilt so im tryin to find someone to do it because ive done it twice since ive owned the turbo and well i think maybe im doing something wrong so im tryin to find the least cost but best work place or person to do it for me. i know gpopshop any other places you guys know about?

ok i messaged both of them. anyone else know anyplaces? or anyone know were i could just buy either a new or in great condition tdo4h for a decent price?
