If you can, the easiest thing is to pick up a used set of 94-97 or 01-05 (better choice) injectors. They suppy 265cc which is good for around 180-190rwhp at 100psi of fuel.

Don't know if those will plug in, but the 1.8s would work great for 7+psi. Cheap and easy.

Yes, roll with it. FWIW, the speed injectors are the same injectors as found in all late NBs.

Somebody hasn't read my FAQ

The best thing about the 01-05 injectors is the pintle cap, they are designed to run at 60psi vs. 50psi. They supposedly have a better spray pattern and atomize the fuel better for greater effiency. Especially when using an FMU system.

It is always better to tap the oil pan for the return, but on the 1.6 there is a oil return port next to the oil filter.

depends how much fuel pressure you run them at. id say about 190rwhp at 100psi of fuel. need to know more about the setup and how much power you are making. and what you use for fueling.

it all depends on the turbo size eficiency,, injectors, cooling., FP, and your own tastes. I ran 12-13 psi on 1.8 injectors when i got the safc and 117 psi of FP. Before the safc and about 100psi i got about 10 on my small 16g wich could flow as much as 500 cfm at that pressure ratio. FWIW tdo4 int he greddy kit flows 428 cfm at 15psi. to give you a size reference.

90Miata, I just looked through your past 20 posts and I have some suggestions.

First, Braineaks FAQ here has all the basic information you need, including the answer to you injector question and oil tap question. Read through it all the way: https://www.miataturbo.net/forums/showthread.php?t=4288

Second, could you do us a favor and fill out your signature with all the parts you have purchased and give us a general idea of your build plans and goals.

Third, your post indicate that you've purchased a Greddy kit, Walbro 255, that you want 15psi, and that you're interested in MSM injectors. That much boost with those injectors and a Walbro 255 is not the best idea. I suspect some major conflicts with your goals and the parts you're buying. Before you spend more money, let us help you.

Fourth, in this post back in November, you indicated that you were building a killer motor w/NOS and looking for boost advice: https://www.miataturbo.net/forums/showthread.php?t=5780
Did you build that motor? If so, a Greddy Kit is the wrong answer, which you were told about back in November, which you indicate in anther post that you bought back in early January.

The guys on this forum are awesome and will hook you up with the info you need to make the right decisions with minimal mistakes for the best price... but you gotta meet us halfway. Post you goals and parts (not just turbo stuff, but all you mods) and let us make sure you're on the right track.

If you have enough fueling/cooling you can do that yeah. fueling is gonna be hard. but not impossible. cooling is also a big Q? so get more specific. Search on what i and Vrtsid as well as what jahunis have done. We all have 16g turbos. Weiscos are nice but not necessary until 300+ whp
good insurance though

You CAN push 13-15psi or more on a bone stock motor if properly tuned.

What kind of fuel regulator and boost controller?
Does the SAFC do timing? If not, you'll need something to control that.
Fuel pump? General consensus around here for a fuel pump Walbro 190hp.

So, what about the rest of the car? Tires/wheels/dif/clutch/suspension?
And, what about your goals? What kind of power do you want?
