Default ignition map for track use?

I'm trying to get a little more power out of my car. can some of you track guys perhaps post your ignition maps so I can compare mine. I'm just running 93 fuel and sometimes I spike it with a few gallons little race fuel. despite what people say about tuning for race fuel and it makes me feel a little safer. I ask here because I dont want street car stuff. or perhaps I will post mine and see what you guys think? I know I can make more power. right now I'm at about 190 wheel. and would like to get that up to about 225 ish. dont want to step on any toes but i'm new to tuning and I dont want to get supper aggressive. I will tune my own but just want to see what others run and they consider safe.
