This car is being sold ala carte. You tell me how you want it configured with the options listed below and I’ll give you a price. emilio700@yahoo.com
As a stripped roller, about $5000.
As a PTC nationals ready car with fresh paint, perfect bodywork, some spares, $30K.

It’s fully seam welded so the tub will not be legal for Spec Miata.
Classes it can be legally configured for:
SCCA STL or STU.
NASA PTE, PTD,PTC,PTB,ST3,ST2
SuperMiata
2013 NASA annual tech sticker. All safety equipment current.

Bodywork is in fair condition. Several scrapes, dings and little dents. Never in a big wreck, still corner weights and aligns perfectly.
As it sits in the shop right now, it’s not ideally configured for any particular class. Just an interim set up so people can rent it for the SuperMiata series.
Will not part out so don't ask. The car cost $70k to build in it's original dyno classed E2 config for the 2011 T25. Parts on it now (no labor) add up to $40K.

So why are you selling it? Do you have a bigger project in mind?

I thought that as well, but thought I remembered a post of his about finding it hard to buy a new $25k car to gut and cage.

You spent $70k building a PT miata, but you think building a competitive STL miata would be too expensive??

I could build a replica of the Civics that finished 2nd and 4th (2nd, ahead of Drago's $$$$ miata) in STL at the Runoffs for $25-30k all day. That includes buying the car. Add another $5k and you'd have a car that would be better prepped than our cars were and would have a better shot at the RX-8.

How can people afford to build $50k+ PT cars...eep

sorry if double post

This is a for sale thread, folks. Not a "let's discuss Emilio's next project" thread. Just sayin'.

Emilio, can you try to get some kind of East Coast Super Miata events going? Even if it's just one event at a few different tracks?

Do you mind if we use the name of this serie or the rules ? It could become a good series in North East-Quebec-Ontario...

For now it is a handshake license, just like the various Miata Challenge TT series running around the US. Run it!
