So after driving it. I love the way the new wheels feel. The 275 was made for a 15x11 in Autocross form. While not exactly a plug and play solution....they are well worth the money and effort.

Yea. First two runs piipes blew off the intercooler. Once one the inlet and once on the discharge. It was a simple case of "oops I forgot to tighten that"
Once I got that square, it ran great.

It was cool to see it out there yesterday. The traction control was definitely interesting (and seemed very much needed). That thing is retarded fast. Also retarded loud, lol. My friend said 101 db on the meter. Although they still seemed to count that run. I figured it would be a toss up between you and Pilson in the Mustang for FTD.

LOL Yea. On that surface the car would be borderline undrivable without it. I love it when people come up to me and say "Why is your car missing"
Oh...it was that loud? I didn't realize that. Nobody said anything to me.
Yea, I should have been FTD by a couple seconds. (I beat the Mustang by like 5 seconds at Nationals) Having the first two runs with issues on the car and then hitting 7 cones on the first run I finished kinda took my head out of the game.
I've always wished I could work course while it was running....I think it would be cool to see it from that close.

From the pinch weld I'm between 4.0 and 4.25 on the front with me in the car. I set my ride heights close to where I want them....but then corner balance the car and the ride heights end up wherever they end up.

Though, there were several cars that day that were right on the limit and no one really said anything to.
Regardless, it was cool to see. I don't do the whole National Prosolo thing so it was nice to see it out at one of the local events. Think it will be at anymore? I talked to your dad and brother some after I ran. He said any questions he had, he could answer. I asked what kind of power it made followed by bringing up all the various quotes that day from various people of anywhere from 325 to 450 whp. He just answered with "yeah".

We had a few mechanical issues on day one. Just part of the beast. But we pulled it together on day two and won a "gentleman's" bet with the two guys co driving the car that won the event. Here are a couple vids from day two.
Here is my run

So, after years of abuse and way too many stickers, I decided it was time to freshen up the look on the car.
This is what it looked like last year.
So I removed all the stickers, sanded it down, primed it, blocked it, painted it. I'm really digging the new satin black look. The car now looks as sinister as it's personality.
All the class lettering and numbers used to be magnetic. I remade them with a carbon fiber look silver vinyl. This picture really doesn't fully capture the look. Not only do they look 10x better but they took 3 lbs off the car.
Here are a couple of my codriver's videos from Texas this past weekend.

Before you say anything about the "hood risers" don't. I don't want to hear it, I don't care and when yours is faster than mine I MIGHT listen to(but I doubt it)
In all seriousness.....it had to be done to clear the new intake piping for the blower.
