Had an amazing weekend and managed to set a time faster than we even thought possible for the car...

Great fun.


After last years really fun Leadfoot weekend and a best time of 58.09 (not to mention a collision with 2 trees and hay bales) we were very keen on being invited back and a chance to break in to the 57's.

In particular targeting/getting close to our friends in a (spectacular) factory BMW E30 M3 Touring Car who set a 57.5 to our 58.09 was our goal....we weren't expecting it to be beatable but a great target none the less....

After some very wet weather our last run was the only run we had (5th and final) to be truly dry....

BUT...to crack out a 56.55 for 24th overall was truly unexpected and well....amazing!

Our little wee car ended up faster than some BIG names and vehicles not to mention killing the target time we had set ourselves. Totally pleased to have punched above our weight, its not often we can be faster than Rod Millen, Greg Murphy etc.....in fact probably never happen again!!!


Now of course cracking in to the 55 seconds seems possible!

Fingers crossed for an invite to the 2017 Leadfoot Festival, it truly is a singular, one off, amazing event.

So a huge thanks to Rod, Shelly and the Millen family.
