Default Need tuning for a S/C miata using MS3 & E85, seattle washington area

I am currently building a S/C Miata to complete in NASA TT3 in Northwest Region.

spec:
99' 1.8 build engine(not yet install)
M62 Supercharge TDR tensioner and intercooler.
MS3 with E85, 700cc ID injector

anyone know of a good tuner near Washington area?
I live in Vancouver BC, and I have already have a shop to tune for me one year ago with my stock motor.....the car was running rough and sometime it will just lost power...felt like 80whp....than it will be back to normal(185whp) after awhile.....I think it must have been with the tuning....soon I will be putting my new built engine from fab9 tunning....so I just want to find a shop that can get it done properly...

thanks...

That either sounds like a sensor loosing connection, or an intermitent mechanical failure, such as a coil, injector, fuel pump, knock sensor, etc. You can do nothing on the MS to cause it to loose 80 hp briefly for no reason, it's not a tune.

Take a drive down and see Aaron at English Racing. They're in Camas, WA. Give them a call to schedule a tuning appointment.

English racing as in "Holy **** is that GTR fast!"?

Saw them run their GTR in Wakeman Ohio on the 17th... words can't describe seeing that thing burn down the track.

Yes that English Racing. That's where we bring my car, project Lazarus, and a few other cars. Same AWD dynojet they used for that GTR. Obviously with the front rollers unhitched.

Kris at KO Racing in Oregon City is top notch. He does more turbo than hoover but he understands more about tuning than any guy I have ever spoken to.

Another Vancouver, BC member coming into chime in here. For local support check out Bill at Indy Speed Shop.

If you're willing to travel John Reed Racing is the man to go to.

Mario at Dub Shop or Kris at KO Racing are both well regarded tuners. They are both in our dealer network. I would recommend either.

If you dont want to go as far as all the other suggestions Bob at drift office does a great job. Don't let the name of the shop fool you. They are very knowledgable. Speed factory or Illtech come to mind too. All greater Seattle area.

Edit: just saw MS3, Drift office doesn't do MS. Speedfactory or Illtech, Maxwell power potentially

Shane is working from his home now, sold the dyno and most the big tools.
I had Aaron at pure tuning for my last tune, he was cheaper than Dom at $150/hr but he is 4 hrs away and he does not regularly work with MS. So im looking for someone that is very familiar with MS and a little closer.

Would't explain the rough running, but the loss off power sounds like I had on a MX5 with a M45 kit where the bypass would stick open some times.
