Default weld her up and cool her down WARNING large images

Time to clean and stich her up. Work in progress. Ideas appreciated. What else could I do?

Looks good! Are you planning on doing the door openings as well?

Its too late now, but some 3M weld through primer ($33/spray can) would have been a god send for you to avoid corrosion.

It's not a huge concern in some areas. I grew up in Boston and we had holes in the floors of cars 10+ years old. Now living in NorCal you see daily driven cars from the 60's without rust.

You might consider stitching the seams around the cowling openings as well - Moti's thread over on the locustusa site should give you some ideas:

LocostUSA.com ? View topic - Moti's Miata race car, AKA Creampuff

I hadn't realized Moti had a build thread anywhere. Thanks for sharing I also didn't know Creampuff started life as a nearly perfect NB2. That actually makes me kinda sad.

The locost forums are a black hole for me. There is so much awesome fabrication work and as someone who really likes lotus seven type cars it's hard not to spend all day reading it.
