I'm not hurting by waiting for them, even if it does take me until the beginning of April to receive them. I won't be able to put them on the car until I move it to another class anyway. I just got them for the future.

Was wondering why the shoulder of the spacers barely goes inside the bearing? Was thinking about having some new ones made that have shoulders that are deeper, say almost touching, maybe only a mm of clearance between the inner surfaces of the spacers. Thoughts??

because there is absolutely no reason to, and it would have been a waste of materials and my time, and adds another tolerance to hold, which would have driven up costs a little. the shoulders just locates the spacer, once its all clamped together in the arm, its solid. making the shoulders 0.280" instead of ~0.125" would have served no useful purpose. i could have made them half the length i did (~0.062") and they would function the same.

my thoughts? you are thinking about it too hard.

ill be glad to make you some custom sets if it bugs you that much.

If you are confident with them, that is good enough for me.

Sorry to revive this, but are there any rear knuckle bushings remaining?

Don't be.

Your timing is impeccable. I have had some free time and just started making a few more sets of these on friday, I should have some done this week. I need to see if I have any retaining rings left, if not I need to order some of those and it may add a few days. Ill shoot you a PM as soon as I have a kit ready to ship.

Perfect, I can also send payment now so that way just send whenever available. No rush.

Also, I seem to forget how these where fixed into the knuckle. Is the sleeve knurled and pressed? Or?

I use loctite 638. 640 will work just as well.

Is that the one applied after install and it creeps in and hardens? Or apply it, press and call it done.

What's your paypal?

I need to dig these out of the box and make sure I'm not missing anything. Do you have a parts list somewhere.

BRB searching for the actual bearing post.

Recieved! Awesome, now just to order bearings and figure out what to do about sealing.

Was there any consensus?
