Default squeezing on 275/35/15's for autox

I'm planning to run this weekend's Blytheville Prosolo in SSM with my Miata Snoball. We cut the fenders and flared them, but the 15x10 Jongbloed's with 275/35/15 Hoosiers appear to rub on a ridge on the firewall, rear most area of the wheel well. We have tried both 5mm & 10mm spacers.

Do I just beat that back with a BFH (big friggin hammer) or am I missing something?

I think both the front and rear adjusters are maxed for camber, so caster isn't maxed.

It actually looks like the crease where the wires come out of hitting. The ride height is closer to 4", so I'll raise it.

You need more back spacing, not less. A spacer is just making it worse.

There were two offsets available for the 15x10. 15 and 36 I believe.

You probably have the 15, and Miatas need the 36.

You really need +19ish. +19 is like perfect for the 15x10 and 275s, so the +25 juanlongdong with a 5-6mm spacer should be goldilocks. Gets you far enough away from the shock mount area but not so close to the fire wall with the inside wheel in a turn. I think the +15s should still work, they might rub once you hammer that thing over near full lock but I doubt they would on course. When I was ******* around with fitment I got my +19s with 13mm of spacer to the point where it would definitely hit the firewall while on course.

But you cant make that room in street mod. lower offset requires moving the firewall a lot more than you can with a hammer, and higher offset just runs into parts of the chassis we cant cut.
