Or maybe this strikes your fancy:

Falcon, let's race. I'll shift 2500rpm early to make it fair

Who can spot the turbo

So the baby blue line, the one with the low, sloped torque curve, that's the turbo car, right?

Minor off topic q I've been meaning to ask a bunch of times already:
What program or spreadsheet do you guys use to put that little comparo together?
I notice sav, brainy, and a few others constantly using it to compare different dyno plots and wanted to get in on the action.

Unless either of you have broken the 300whp mark, I think neither of you are. Sure my torque sucks, but I'll bet dollars to donuts the car is faster around a track. And that's really all that matters.

Not really. I knew what I was getting into when I decided to go Rotrex. I've built a few turbo motors in various cars and wanted to do something different. It will never have as much torque as a turbo car, but it's fast, easy to work on and I don't have to worry about much going wrong other than pitching it into a wall.

Still waiting on my crown. I was making SIGNIFICANTLY more torque than your peak# by 2000 rpm. At 6000 RPM it looks like I'm making close to 75 ft/lbs than you. And those numbers are on a dyno that has a reputation for being a MAJOR heart breaker. Consistantly proven to read 14-16% lower than a dyno jet.

Just so you guys know I wear a 7 7/8ths hat.

:P... I think it's pretty easy to make more torque than me. How did the tuning session go, have you rung it out yet? For some reason I can't seem to find your thread....

I'm only running 8 psi. until i build a motor i'm staying there but could drop a about a 280hp/250ft if I didn't care about the chance of ripping rods in half. With a motor i could could make some real crazy numbers.

Trying to get the car in TTB so might have some down tuning to do even at 220/200.
