Sorry, I have been out of town for about a week.

I will work on drawing it up, clean up the profile, and investigate getting it manufactured with something other than hand tools. There is also a spacer needed for the ribbed pulley I will look into that as well.

It shouldn't be a problem to make it work with cars that do not have a coolant reroute. Right now this is a No PS, No AC tensioner.

Nice setup! I just picked up a non PS with AC Sebring kit, so I will need to make my own tentioner/idlers. I was considering an auto tentioner, but it looks like there is not quite enough room to fit one and keep power steering and AC. I will have to do some measurements.

Also, can I ask what that auto tentioner is from?

I think something very close to my setup could definitely be made to work with A/C but not PS.

The tensioner is from a 2007-2012 Nissan Sentra. I used Gates P/N 39162, it has a nice metal pulley.

Yeah, the power steering is going to be the bugger on this. I will see what I can do, with a coolant re-rout I may be able to use the space where the water neck was for something.

My friend will be excited if a Sentra part ends up in my Miata (he has a 2004 that is a joy to drive, perfectly modded).
