Default VF engineering supercharger

Does anyone know of a larger crank pulley that can be used on a VF engineering supercharger? Does anyone here know the stock crank diameter?

I was thinking about using aFast Forward Supercharger's crank pulley, since they come in different sizes. I dont know if the belt lines up tho. Anyone here ever run into this problem?

I ran across a kit, and the only item missing is the crank pulley.

Thanks

See attachment, it looks just about the size of the accessory belt pulley. There are two minor issues:

1. According to the pic, the 6-rib pulley sticks out a little bit more than the standard MP62 6-rib kits. You may need to shim it a bit.

2. Obviously you can go out and measure your own 4-rib pulley now, but I think you're at least looking at 125mm. So I think Tom at FFS only sells 2 sizes higher. But you might also try PulleyBoys.com that Trikchop recommended.

As background, the Stage 1 kit was 6 psi, and had a 3" SC pulley. Stage 2 at 8psi had a 2.6" SC pulley. The crank pulley was never changed. Not a lot of data points, but graph out that 2-point chart and you can try to make an educated guess as to the rough psi you'd achieve messing with pulley combos.

As with all SC kits running with an additional crank pulley, check if you have the brown/rusty crank pulley or the black one. The black one will require a small ring adapter. If you need one, you can order them from FFS.

Runninonempty,

Thanks so much for the reply. I knew I had a 3" pulley but wasn't sure what psi it would produce. I think I am gonna try a 150mm crank pulley, but agree the stock pulley looks about 130mm.

I was looking at the fast forward pulley, and agree it looks a little shorter then the VF pulley.
If I have too, I think I can have a few mm shaved off the back of the blower pulley to align the belt. That is if the belt it already too far out of alignment.

Hopefully the 150mm pulley will get me up in the 8 psi range. If that's the case I'll probably fine a 2.6" pulley and shoot for around 10 psi.

Thanks
