Question 99-00 MP62 Kit on a 2001?

Hey guys,

This is jumped on me pretty quickly (within the past hour or so). I wasn't really read to go forced induction just yet because of finances, but I came across a almost exactly what I've wanted (excluding the year issue, ha).

I'm trying to figure out what modifications would need to be made to make a MP62 hotside kit with intercooler, trackdog tensioner, air diverter plates, koyo rad and Exede management with boomslang harness adapter fit on a 2001.

From what I know the Exede is specific to the 99-00 models, so that'd have to go. As far as the actual parts though, how much modifying would that take to fit onto a 2001? Any at all? A buttload?

Sorry for my ignorance, been searching a little but can't find too much.

Mechanically it should bolt right up. You don't mention but I assume you would have all the pipework from the blower to the ic to the tb?

The boomslang will be no good for your stock 01 ecu.

Yes, all the tubing would be there. The Exede and harness were the two things I figured would not be compatible. Thanks for your reply. Is there somewhere I can find this information or is it by trial and error/knowledge?

99 kit is the same as the 01+. Electronics are the only difference.

What Jeff said. Sould be the same (as long as both cars have similar PS/AC setups).
