Default Energy Suspension Diff Bushings

Anyone using these? I expected some added vibrations with the stiffer mounts, but it seems around 75-85mph its really loud/vibrates more than it use to I can feel it in my seat, is this normal? Ive triple checked everything all nuts and bolts and everything is nice and tight. Car is 94 with Torsen and 227k miles.

I have solid diff mounts and almost don't even notice them but for a greater road feel throughout, no added vibrations.

Probably need to reallign the PPF to the transmission.

But yeah, that pretty much sums it up. You guys don't know what you're missing. Quiet cars rock.

Thanks Pat I will try that, a buddy of mine from Mazda mentioned that as well.

Seriously? Seems like they would be a lot louder. I have my diff out right now and am considering putting in stiffer mounts. But I want to keep it quiet.

I mean I dunno. I've driven in too many track only miatas and not as many stock ones to know the difference anymore.

I'm not too up to speed on the various diff. mounts, but I believe there's a mazdaspeed version that's stiffer than stock, but not too stiff. These are the ones I'll be getting as a compromise between function and NVH.

^Is your shift key broken again?

My car is really noticeably quieter since installing these:

Well i rechecked the ppf, loosened the bolts and aligned it again, drivetrain looks solid, slapped my other set of wheels and still the same, so I just assume its normal since the mounts are a lot more solid, over the past week I've gotten used to it so doesn't bother me as much as when it was first happening.

Same. I really like the MMR diff mounts I have. I notice a vibration, but its not bad at all.
