There's an MSM clutch in the classifieds here being sold by 05pearl that would handle the power if you're really looking to pinch pennies right now.

My MSM clutch is doing just fine in the 240whp range.

But if you've got the money for the FM1, there's no reason to not buy it.

I guess because we mostly use ACT. Thanks for the heads up.

Thats what I did. Reason being FM worked along side CC Clutch and their version is rated for 318tq vs whatever CC was I forgot but I remember it be lower. Plus I really like the purple PP Ill never see.......NOT.

I've got an ACT XTSS 1.6 clutch, pp, and flywheel on the local forum for sale that I should probably list on this forum. It will work out fine on a 1.8 too.

Is that with a 1.6 flywheel? If so I actually was considering at one time a 1.6 flywheel with a 1.6 act clutch cause it's lighter.

I made the mistake of buying an f1 stage 2 and it slipped like a bitch at anything over like 10psi on a churbo 2854.

The PP appeared to be identical to the stocker but the friction disc is beefier and has 6 springs.

Spend the extra couple hundred now and get an FM stage 2 and be done with it. FM!
