Default Power steering / non-ps rack clamps

I have a 90 with manual steering, I just put a 94 subframe in it - the 94 came with PS.
While bolting it together, the passenger side clamp seemed a little large. It does feel more solid after tightening, but I haven't put it on the ground yet.

Curious to see if I was doing it wrong, I checked out the Mazda Motorsports site. Check out the attached GIFs. 32-133 is the clamp in question on the manual rack - it seems that the PS and manual rack clamps simply swap sides (32-133 & 32-134).

The clamps look similar in person, except 1 has a hole drilled in it. Any idea which one is which?
