Default choosing the correct bumpstops

going to be ordering bumps from FCM here soon. currently have tokico HPs with tokico springs, but i plan on upgradeing to illuminas and stiffer springs later on. so what would be better for now and when i upgrade, 36mm on all 4, or 36mm on front and 46mm rear? will also be ordering a RB hollow front bar if that matters.

That's going to depend on how you intend to use your car, and so more information will be required, but what does Shaikh at FCM have to say?

Or just call him on the phone (408-221-8247); it shouldn't take more than a few minutes.

By the way, have you checked out the Miata suspension design spreadsheet from his website? It's under the "Chassis Setup" drop down menu. It seems to do a pretty good job of predicting chassis behavior for the simple and minor modifications I've done to my chassis. At the very least it will get you thinking in the right direction.
