Did you get a chance to call FM? Their page for the midpipe indicates it's not a great match with a supercharger due to noise.

We do not recommend using this midpipe with a supercharger and aftermarket header due to sound levels.
Flyin' Miata : Exhaust : Normally aspirated : 1999-05 Flyin` Miata resonated midpipe and catalytic converter (2.25 inch)

I assume this is the same midpipe that is included in the Header/Cat/Exhaust Package http://www.flyinmiata.com/index.php?...0%20%201990-93

The previous owner of the car had put the Borla duals on the car. I put the M45 on it. The Borla was too loud for my taste with the SC. Any real application of throttle it got a lot louder. It didn't sound bad, but it generated a good bit of noise. Most folks were probably surprised to see a guy with grey hair driving when I got close enough for them to see me. That being said, I really enjoy the Borla now that I have my FM turbo on the car.
wait until you remove it and gain about fifty horsepower

Are you getting the cold side MP62? The RB header won't work with the hot side version unless you modify the #4 primary tube.
