I assume ryu8262 is actually questioning the damping settings used for driving so will answer based on that.
In Australia on the mx5cartalk.com forum there have been a few discussions on what damping settings work best for the BC Racing BR Series (we get them with 8Kg springs up front and 6kg springs in the rear).
For daily driving, a popular setup is:
Front: 10 clicks from Full-Soft
Rear: 8 clicks from Full-Soft
Track driving preferences vary but you'll want firmer settings. I've used:
Front: 4 clicks from Full-Hard
Rear: 6 clicks from Full-Hard
timk has far more track experience than I have and has experimented much more so he can provide some good feedback here.
Rule of thumb is that the rears should be dampened softer than the fronts (just don't use a crazy delta) - helps traction.
