The fronts i ordered arrived today. They look suspiciously like the non-sport hardware. Will upload pic in the morning.

This will make me mad. I want the right ****.

I can't believe that N0Y73329ZMV is not the correct front sport brake hardware. I guess the hardware in my garage is basically trash

This is the first time I have seen Rosenthal have an incorrect part #.

I know it's not ideal, but there is a Mazda Value pad set for the sport brakes that is pretty cheap.

Mazda Front Sport Brake pad sets | Jim Ellis Mazda

I don't know for sure it's right though, I'm starting to question all the sport brake pad and hardware parts #'s...seems Mazda really dropped the ball on this.

Those pads are less than $34 at Mazda-parts.com, and I'm sure they are cheaper for Mazdaspeed members. I know spending $34 on pads and hardware is a bit silly if you won't be using the pads, but I'm at a loss and can't think of any cheaper option that will work at this point.

Hope we can find a workable solution. I want the right hardware.

I'll make these ebay sellers take this stuff back if it's wrong. Both of them excluded NB1s and showed MSM compatibility.

What's the verdict, do these look wrong? This is supposed to be fronts.

Probably the wrong brake shims. by concealer404, on Flickr

I've been poking around because I was curious, and it looks like the only options really are buying the complete OEM brake pad kits
or trying something like this or trying something like this
.

Don't know how well it'll work without shims, but it's worth a try.
