+1, I'm currently at ~950 lb front springs, with properly valved shocks for that range. Feels better than Koni yellows on 400's.

I think if you run yonakas with other suspension upgrades (strut bars, sway bars) they wont be terrible, but i also have never tracked my car. I had it slammed on 14k/12k rates and that wasn't fun.
