Time to play "Name that noise"!Time to play "Name that noise"!(Clutch/Trans related)
This squeak/squeal(See video) only happens during this perfect storm:
1. In first gear or reverse
2. A load is put on the engine to take off/move the car
It is not present during any other gear change, even during a "spirited" up-shift.
Notable mentions:
-I did just complete a timing belt job, and one of the steps requires you to put the car in 5th gear with the e-brake set and break loose/re-torque the crank nut which is at ~120 foot pounds.
-Car did not make this noise before the T-belt job, yes I'm 100% sure it's not the belts.
-2000, with 136k, unknown mileage on clutch
Throw out bearing?

The throwout bearing is engaged the entire time you push down on the clutch pedal, so I would think if it were that, it would constantly make the noise as you held down the pedal. Possibly when you performed the crank nut removal/re-install you stressed the friction material on the clutch plate and somehow damaged it...? Does the clutch slip at all, like if you drive down the freeway in 5th gear and step on the gas with revvs in the powerband?
